NOVELTY - Label adhesive comprises 750-850 pts. wt. water, 150-250 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, 1-5 pts. wt. nano graphene, 2-4 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 2-4 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 4-8 pts. wt. aluminum trichloride, 5-10 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 1-4 pts. wt. Kathon (RTM: Mixture of 5-chloro-2methyl-4isothiazolin-3one and 2-methyl-4-isothiazolin-3-one), 1-20 pts. wt. ammonia. USE - Label adhesive. ADVANTAGE - The label adhesive is eco-friendly, and has good abrasion resistance, small consumption, low cost, good water resistance, easy alkaline washing, wide applicability, and alike. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing label adhesive, which involves adding water to reaction kettle, and adding polyvinyl alcohol, nanographene, and defoamer in sequence, stirring the contents uniformly, heating the contents to 80-90 degrees C, and maintaining the temperature for 1 hour; reducing the temperature to below 50 degrees C, adding the cross-linking agent, aluminum trichloride, silane coupling agent, and Kathon in sequence, and continuously stirring for 2 hours; and adjusting pH to 7 plus minus 0.5 by adding liquid ammonia, adjusting the viscosity by replenishing water, and filtering and discharging the obtained product after passing the inspection.
