NOVELTY - Preparing heat-resistant graphene material involves weighing 100 pts. wt. graphite, 35-55 pts. wt. phenolic resin, 5-25 pts. wt. propyl mercaptan, 2-6 pts. wt. sulfurized isobutylene, 10-20 pts. wt. hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 1-5 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethylene, 1-5 pts. wt. light calcium carbonate, 15-35 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 8-16 pts. wt. nano titanium dioxide, 5-9 pts. wt. glycerin, 5 pts. wt. polypropylene, and 1.5 wt.% of 5.5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 20-60 pts. wt. styrene maleic anhydride, 40-60 pts. wt. methylene diphenyl diisocyanate, 2-6 pts. wt. antioxidants, putting graphite, zinc oxide and polypropylene into the grinding machine for 20-60 minutes, passing through 200-300 mesh sieve and putting into the oven and drying for 15-35 minutes, and then putting it into the reaction kettle with thermometer, heating device and stirring device together with phenolic resin, propanethiol, sulfurized isobutylene and polytetrafluoroethylene. USE - Method for preparing heat-resistant graphene material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to preparing heat-resistant graphene material which is convenient to use, and has good heat conductivity, simple technique, and widely used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The mixture is heated at 60-80 degrees C, stirring for 20-40 minutes with stirring speed of 90-110 revolution per minute, followed by adding light calcium carbonate, glycerol, barium stearate and Styrene maleic anhydride, and heating at 80-100 degrees C at constant temperature reaction for 50-70 minutes, and stirring unitformly after squeeze extrusion granulation in machine, followed by adding remaining raw materials, mixing at 200-300 degrees C for 70-90 minutes, solidifying, and cooling.
