▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of a graphene medicine nanocarrier material comprises preparing graphene oxide using Hummers method; preparing branched polyethyleneimine-N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan buffer solution by dissolving hyperbranched polyethyleneimine in ethanol solution, slowly dripping 0.2% N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan, heating for volatilizing organic solvent, stirring to completely evaporate and obtain a homogeneous solution, adding the homogeneous solution to n-hexane to obtain a pale yellow precipitate, centrifuging with distilled water, and storing in a phosphate-buffered saline; and dispersing dried graphene oxide in ethanol, adding N,N -dicyclohexylcarbodiimide as condensing agent under ultrasonication, dropwise adding branched polyethyleneimine-N,O-carboxymethyl chitosan buffer solution, reacting at 45 degrees C for 24 hours, washing with ethanol, and freeze-drying. USE - Method for preparing a graphene medicine nanocarrier material used in cell gene infection (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene medicine nanocarrier material has good biocompatibility and biodegradability, and low cytotoxicity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene medicine nanocarrier material.
