NOVELTY - A damping sheet comprises 30-50 pts. wt. waste rubber, 20-40 pts. wt. modified graphene nano-fillers, 20-30 pts. wt. N-isopropyl maleimide-methyl methacrylate, 30-35 pts. wt. tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer fibers, 20-30 pts. wt. polymethylmethacrylate, 2-15 pts. wt. isobutylene, 1-10 pts. wt. white carbon black, 0.1-5 pts. wt. carbon black, 20-50 pts. wt. iron powder, 30-50 pts. wt. aluminum, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. fungicides and 5-8 pts. wt. pottery clay. USE - Damping sheet for automobile (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The friction coefficient of the damping sheet is reduced from 0.215 to 0.095. The wear rate is decreased by 85.10% above. The surface softening and decomposition are suppressed. The surface of the movable film can protect the friction surface effectively. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of damping sheet, which involves (i) adding 1 pt. wt. waste rubber materials to a mill, crushing, transferring the pulverized material to a desulfurizing kettle and carrying out high-temperature desulfurization, filtering, transferring the filtered material to a kneader, and 1 pt. wt. remaining raw material, stirring and kneading, (ii) stirring the kneaded material, then transferring the blend material into an extruder, and carrying out extrusion, (iii) transferring the extruded blend material into a pressing machine, pressing through synthetic pressure, (iv) cutting the pressure synthetic material by a cutting machine to an appropriate size.
