▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A modified graphene-coated nickel oxide lithium cathode material comprises 60 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 30 pts. wt. lithium nickelate, 20 pts. wt. 45% ferric nitrate lithium solution, 1 pt. wt. crystalline flake graphite and 1 pt. wt. adhesive material. USE - Modified graphene-coated nickel oxide lithium cathode material. ADVANTAGE - The product improves the battery self-discharge and prolongs the storage time of lithium battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of modified graphene-coated nickel oxide lithium cathode material comprising: (A) taking graphite and sodium nitrate at mass ratio of 2:1, placing in ice bath with concentrated sulfuric acid, adding 3 times the mass of high quality nickel, stirring at less than 20 degrees C for 1 hour, heating at 32-38 degrees C for 2 hours, dropwisely adding deionized water, stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide, filtering by suction, washing and drying; (B) uniformly dispersing carbon nanotubes in ethylene glycol slurry and stirring for 2 hours to prepare graphene oxide; (C) dispersing the graphene oxide in mixed solvent of water and acetone, water or chloroform at volume ratio of 3:1 and ultrasonically stirring to completely dispersed; (D) adding active material, functional materials and electrically conductive material and adhesive material into mixed solution, ultrasonically stirring with or without doping acid and adjusting pH value of the system to 2-4; and (E) adding aqueous solution of ammonium sulfate into chloroform solution of ferric chloride under ice-water bath and inert atmosphere protection, stirring at constant temperature for 24 hours, centrifuging, washing, drying in vacuum oven at 60 degrees C and grinding into powder.
