NOVELTY - The transferring method of fluorinated graphene involves fluorinating graphene samples to obtain fluorinated graphene samples, spin coating fluorinated graphene with polymethyl methacrylate, treating sample at 110-105 degrees C, placing treated sample in electrolytic solution, placing original sample substrate as cathode and platinum as anode, stripping the original substrate, placing target substrate in deionized water for cleaning, immersing sample in deionized water, draining target substrate, drying, immersing treated sample in dichloromethane and drying. USE - Transferring of fluorinated graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method ensures transferring of fluorinated graphene by simple, economical and convenient process, using simple equipment and ensures excellent controllability and high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The transferring method of fluorinated graphene involves fluorinating graphene samples to obtain fluorinated graphene samples, spin coating fluorinated graphene with polymehyl methacrylate to a thickness of 260-280 nm, treating sample at 110-105 degrees C for 3 minutes, placing treated sample as in electrolytic solution, placing original sample substrate as cathode and platinum as anode, stripping the original substrate under voltage of 1.37 V, placing sample in deionized water for cleaning, immersing sample in deionized water for 10 seconds, draining target substrate of sample picked up from deionized water, and drying, immersing treated sample in dichloromethane for 10-60 seconds, taking out and immersing in isopropanol for 1-2 minutes, and drying. The electrolyte is sodium hydroxide solution with a concentration of 2.5 mol/l.
