NOVELTY - Aging-resistant high-elasticity polyurethane automobile seat sponge comprises 100-140 pts. wt. raw material, 20-30 pts. wt. foaming auxiliary agent, 14-20 pts. wt. adhesive, 3-11 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 4-12 pts. wt. modifier, 2-4 pts. wt. catalyst, and 20-30 pts. wt. solvent. USE - Useful as aging-resistant high-elasticity polyurethane automobile seat sponge. ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane automobile seat sponge: has excellent aging resistance and high elasticity; can withstand a compression rate of 81.2% at least. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing aging-resistant high-elasticity polyurethane automobile seat sponge, comprising taking the above mentioned raw materials, then carrying out pre-treatment and molding process.
