▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing composite material based modified graphene oxide comprises (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in first solvent, then reacting with diisocyanate to obtain isocyanate-containing graphene oxide, and (ii) ultrasonically dissolving carboxy group-containing pendant polyaryl ether ketone in second solvent to obtain solution, then adding isocyanate-containing graphene oxide and catalyst into the solution and reacting under heating and stirring condition to obtain polymer grafted modified graphene oxide, and (iii) mixing and stirring polymer graft modified graphene oxide, polyaryl ether ketone resin matrix and lubricant, stirring uniformly, and then processing melt blending at 350-520 degrees C to obtain final product, where composite material is polymer graft modified graphene oxide/polyaryl ether ketone based composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing composite material based modified graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The graft-modified graphene oxide of the polymer has high grafting rate, no stacking and aggregation of the sheet layer, and excellent thermal stability. The method is simple and efficient; and is suitable for large-scale industrial production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing composite material based modified graphene oxide comprises e.g. (i) ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in first solvent, then reacting with diisocyanate to obtain isocyanate-containing graphene oxide, where mass ratio between graphene oxide and diisocyanate does not exceed 30 g/mol; ratio of 30 g/mol is not selection of conventional values, and the ratio or concentration is to ensure excess of added diisocyanate to cause one of the isocyanate of diisocyanate to form hydroxy group and carboxy group in the graphene oxide while retaining another isocyanate, and (ii) ultrasonically dissolving carboxy group-containing pendant polyaryl ether ketone in second solvent to obtain solution, then adding isocyanate-containing graphene oxide and catalyst into the solution and reacting under heating and stirring condition to obtain polymer grafted modified graphene oxide, and (iii) mixing and stirring polymer graft modified graphene oxide, polyaryl ether ketone resin matrix and lubricant, stirring uniformly, and then processing melt blending at 350-520 degrees C to obtain final product, where composite material is polymer graft modified graphene oxide/polyaryl ether ketone based composite material.
