▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The method involves adding a reinforcing body, modifying agent and adhesive in a solvent, stirring and dispersing to form a slurry containing uniformly dispersed reinforcing body, uniformly spraying the slurry on the surface of magnesium alloy particles, and drying at the same time to obtain a magnesium-based composite material, where the reinforcing body is at least one of carbide, nitride, oxide, and boride particles, and the carbide is one of graphene, graphene oxide, carbon nanotubes, and silicon carbide and titanium carbide particles, the nitride is at least one of aluminum nitride, boron nitride, and titanium nitride, the oxide is at least one of aluminum oxide and silicon dioxide, the boride is at least one of titanium boride and titanium diboride, and the hydrocarbon resin-based hot melt adhesive comprises at least one of polyvinylidene fluoride, polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, and styrene-butadiene rubber. USE - The method is useful for preparing magnesium-based composite material of thixotropic injection molding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: adds many types and high contents of reinforcing body; realizes fast coating; obtains magnesium-based composite material with uniform distribution of the coating layer and firm film formation; and can bond and bundle with magnesium alloy particles, which is suitable as a raw material for thixotropic injection molding to produce magnesium-based composite materials.
