NOVELTY - Functional graphene modified aqueous leather color paste comprises 45-60 pts. wt. deionized water, 10-20 pts. wt. carbon black pigment, 0.2-3 pts. wt. graphene powder, 1-5 pts. wt. aqueous wetting agent, 15-25 pts. wt. pigment dispersant, 3-8 pts. wt. humectant, 0.5-2 pts. wt. thickening suspension agent, 0.05-0.3 pt. wt. antifoaming agent, 0.05-0.2 pt. wt. germicidal preservative and 0.1-1 pt. wt. pH adjusting agent. USE - As a functional graphene modified aqueous leather color paste. ADVANTAGE - The paste does not contain volatile solvent, and has improved conductivity and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the paste involving (a) dividing deionized water into two parts to obtain deionized water (A) and deionized water (B), mixing and stirring deionized water (A) with an aqueous wetting agent and pigment dispersant to obtain a mixed solution (I), (b) adding the humectant and the pH regulator to the mixed solution (I) and mixing uniformly to obtain an alkaline mixed solution (II), (c) adding graphene powder to the mixed solution (II) and carrying out mechanical dispersion and ultrasonic dispersion in sequence to obtain an aqueous graphene dispersion, (d) adding carbon black pigment and thickening suspending agent to the graphene aqueous dispersion and stirring uniformly to obtain a black pre-dispersion, (e) continuously refining the black pre-dispersion and grinding with zirconium beads to obtain a pigment dispersion, and (f) adding antifoaming agent to the pigment dispersion for defoaming, adding germicidal preservative and deionized water (B) to adjust the solid content and filtering to obtain the paste.
