▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive ink, comprises (i) pre-treating expandable graphite, (ii) sinking the pretreated graphite into a solvent, and ultrasonically treating to obtain graphene nanosheets, (iii) peeling off graphene nanosheets, filtering, and then centrifuging at a low speed to remove the unexpanded graphite particles to obtain graphene dispersion, (iv) concentrating the graphene dispersion, and adding film-forming agent and stabilizer, (v) concentrating the solution obtained in step (iv) to adapt to screen printing to obtain graphene conductive ink, and (vi) screen printing using the obtained ink, annealing, and measuring the conductivity. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene conductive ink. ADVANTAGE - The method: produces graphene conductive ink having excellent conductivity, mild curing condition, excellent printing adaptability, light quality printing patterns, and excellent stability and oxidation resistance; and utilizes solvents, which are harmless to the human body.
