NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based boron nitride nanosheets, comprises (i) adding boron nitride powder and organic solvent into a high pressure kettle, and carrying out liquid phase stripping; and (ii) separating un-striped boron nitride powder from resulting boron nitride nanosheets and low-boiling solvent aqueous solution or suspension of organic solvent, and mixing, to obtain boron nitride nanosheets and aqueous solution or a low-boiling solvent and an organic solvent solution of a suspension, separating organic solvent and aqueous solution, and dried boron nitride nanosheets or low boiling solvent. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-based boron nitride nanosheets (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product having thickness of 1-10 nm, has single stripping off rate reaches up to more than 30%, can achieve large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-based boron nitride nanosheets, comprises (i) adding boron nitride powder and organic solvent into a high pressure kettle, controlling reaction temperature at 25-280 degrees C, and carrying out liquid phase stripping, to obtain boron nitride nanosheets and suspension solution of organic solvent, and simultaneously obtaining un-peeled boron nitride powder (optionally); and (ii) separating un-striped boron nitride powder from resulting boron nitride nanosheets and low-boiling solvent aqueous solution or suspension of organic solvent having a boiling point temperature of less than 300 degrees C, and mixing, to obtain boron nitride nanosheets and aqueous solution or a low-boiling solvent and an organic solvent solution of a suspension, separating organic solvent and aqueous solution, and dried boron nitride nanosheets or low boiling solvent to obtain a solution and suspension, to obtain the final product.
