▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A radiation protection coating comprises 100-150 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 15-20 pts. wt. polymer emulsion, 8-10 pts. wt. methyltrimethoxysilane, 30-35 pts. wt. modified graphene, 10-15 pts. wt. nano lead(II) sulfate attapulgite, 20-25 pts. wt. kaolin, 15-25 pts. wt. talc powder, 6-9 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and 0.5-1 pt. wt. nano silver powder. USE - Radiation protection coating used for electromagnetic isolation protection of large electronic equipment. ADVANTAGE - The radiation protection coating has excellent stability, high adhesion performance, high film quality and excellent sterilization effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of radiation protection coating, which involves pre-mixing evenly modified graphene, nano lead(II) sulfate attapulgite, kaolin, talc powder and nano silver powder, adding the obtained mixture to epoxy resin and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stirring in reactor, adding methyltrimethoxysilane while stirring, then adding polymer emulsion to reaction kettle, stirring, finally, transferring the slurry to ultrasonic disperser and ultrasonically dispersing at 1800-2100 rpm for 15-20 minutes.
