NOVELTY - The foil has an aluminum foil main body coated with a surface of graphene, where thickness of the graphene is measured about 0.3 to 10nm. Multiple graphene layers are measured about 1 to 30 layers. A chemical vapor deposition process adopts a surface of the aluminum foil that is coated with the graphene. USE - Graphene composite aluminum foil can also be used as positive electrode current collector. ADVANTAGE - The foil has high quality of graphene to-be-coated with the current collector, high conductivity of graphene in the aluminum foil with more compact and controls graphene coating quantity, relieves circulation for long time corrosion in the aluminum foil and improves long-term cycle stability of a battery and self-discharge of the battery.
