▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-reinforced ceramic matrix composite material, is claimed. The reinforcement of the composite material includes graphene with an orientational arrangement and the volume fraction of the graphene in the composite material is 0.125-1 vol.%. The matrix of the composite material is zirconia, silicon nitride, and/or alumina, and the composite material is formed by 3D light curing. USE - Used as graphene-reinforced ceramic matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has a density of more than 99% and improves the performance by more than 25% compared with the same process without adding graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (i) mixing graphene, photo-curing resin, and photoinitiator, and adding ceramic powder, mixing the dispersant to obtain ceramic slurry, where the solid content of the ceramic powder is 60-80 wt.% in the ceramic slurry, (ii) 3D photo-curing molding according to the designed three-dimensional structure, slicing the ceramic slurry and printing layer by layer through a 3D photo-curing device to obtain a photo-cured three-dimensional structure, and (iii) sequentially degreasing and sintering the photo-cured three-dimensional structure.
