▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A copper foil (10) has 60 degrees glossiness of 500% or more in both rolling parallel direction and rolling right angle direction. The average grain size of the copper foil is 200 mu m or more after being heated in an atmosphere containing hydrogen (20 vol.% or more) and argon (remainder) at 1000 degrees C for 1 hour. USE - Copper foil is used for manufacturing graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to fuel-cell separators, transparent electrodes, conductive thin films of display elements, mercury-free fluorescent lamps, composite materials, and carriers of drug delivery systems. ADVANTAGE - The copper foil enables economical manufacture of graphene having a large surface area. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene, which involves supplying carbon-containing gas while arranging a heated copper foil inside a chamber (100), forming graphene in the surface of copper foil, etching away the copper foil while laminating a transfer sheet (30) on the surface of graphene, and transferring graphene on the transfer sheet. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a process drawing of the manufacturing method of graphene. Copper foil (10) Graphene (20) Transfer sheet (30) Chamber (100) Gas introduction port (102)
