NOVELTY - Graphene-based composite heat-conducting film comprises carbon fiber matrix, carbon nano tube and grapheme in ratio of 100:5-30:20-120. USE - Graphene-based composite heat-conducting film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based composite heat-conducting film has simple preparation technique, controllable condition, adjustable size and shape, and good thermal conductivity and soaking property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene-based composite heat-conducting film, which involves: (A) carrying out ultrasonic dispersion of carbon nano tube solution and graphene solution to obtain uniform dispersion solution; (B) mixing carbon fiber matrix with obtained carbon nano tube solution and drying to obtain a composite film, where carbon nano tube adjusts void structure of carbon fiber matrix and supports skeleton of graphene in graphene layer to reduce stacking of the graphene film; (C) combining and drying obtained composite film with graphene oxide solution to obtain dried film; and (D) subjecting thermal reduction of obtained film at high temperature under the protection of an inert or reducing atmosphere to obtain graphene-based composite heat-conducting film.
