▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene conductive anticorrosive coating comprises component (A) comprising 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy resin, 20-60 pts. wt. filler, 2-4 pts. wt. additive and 10-20 pts. wt. water, and component (B) comprising 5-10 pts. wt. graphene aqueous dispersion, 10-20 pts. wt. zinc oxide and 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent. The graphene aqueous dispersion is prepared by mixing graphene, carboxymethyl cellulose and water, shearing and dispersing for 1-2 hours to obtain a mixture, and ultrasonically treating the mixture for 3-4 hours. USE - The conductive anticorrosive coating is useful for storage tank, pipeline and underground power grid. ADVANTAGE - The conductive anticorrosive coating uses water as solvent, is energy saving, environmentally-friendly and easy to disperse in water, forms conductive network, and has excellent conductive anticorrosion effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the aqueous graphene conductive anticorrosive coating, involving mixing aqueous epoxy resin, filler, additive and water, stirring at 1000-1500 rpm for 1-2 hours, mixing graphene aqueous dispersion, zinc oxide and aqueous epoxy curing agent, and stirring at 1500-2000 rpm for 1-2 hours.
