▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing yellowing-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane comprises (i) adding isocyanate and dihydroxy water repellent into reaction container, raising the temperature to 85-95degrees Celsius and stirring for more than 0.5 hours, (ii) adding polyglycol, 1,4 butanediol, graphene, anti-yellowing agent, antioxidant and catalyst into reaction container, stirring for more than 1 hour, (iii) placing monohydroxy water repellent into reaction container, stirring for more than 0.5 hour, and (iv) baking the material after stirring at 75-85degrees Celsius for more than 10 hours to form yellowing-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane. USE - The method is useful for preparing yellowing-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane. ADVANTAGE - The yellowing-resistant thermoplastic polyurethane has graphene, which provides antistatic function, reduces dust adhesion, and enhances heat resistance, which can play a better protective effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing thermoplastic polyurethane protective film, comprising (a) extruding the anti-yellowing thermoplastic polyurethane to form thermoplastic polyurethane film, (b) preparing yellowing-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive, spraying the yellowing-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive on the bottom surface of the thermoplastic polyurethane film, and performing air-drying treatment, (c) attaching a bottom release film on the yellowing-resistant pressure-sensitive adhesive to form a thermoplastic polyurethane protective film.
