NOVELTY - An antibacterial and antiviral graphene polyamide composite material comprises 33.40-37.60 wt.% polyamide resin, 19.60-21.40 wt.% epoxy resin, 2.94-3.16 wt.% graphene, 4.56-4.84 wt.% nanocellulose, 1.84-1.96 wt.% nano-silver, 2.14-2.36 wt.% graphene hydrogel and balance organic solvent. USE - Antibacterial and antiviral graphene polyamide composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material strengthens durability, improves durability, ensures antibacterial and antiviral performance for a long time, keeps antibacterial and antiviral performance in wet thermal environment and after acid-alkali pollution, enhances composite modification effect of nano material and resin material and material contact, and adds raw materials left unmodified to system during shear emulsification to make more effective component type in dipping liquid and good combination effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing antibacterial and antiviral graphene polyamide composite material comprising: (A) heating, mixing and stirring processing half portions of polyamide resin, graphene, nanocellulose and organic solvent, and performing ultrasonic oscillation treatment for 30-40 minutes to obtain modified base material A; (B) heating, mixing and stirring processing half portions of epoxy resin, nano-silver, graphene hydrogel and organic solvent, and performing ultrasonic oscillation treatment for 30-40 minutes to obtain modified base material B; (C) heating, mixing and stirring processing quarter portions of polyamide resin, epoxy resin, graphene, nanocellulose, nano-silver, graphene hydrogel and organic solvent, and performing ultrasonic oscillation treatment for 30-40 minutes to obtain modified base material C; (D) adding modified base material A, modified base material B and modified base material C into high speed shearing emulsifying machine for shearing and emulsifying for 60-70 minutes, and orderly adding remaining polyamide resin, epoxy resin, graphene, nanocellulose, nano-silver, graphene hydrogel and organic solvent into high speed shearing emulsifying machine in the process of shearing and emulsifying treatment to obtain dipping liquid; and (E) completely immersing nylon in dipping liquid, and performing heating at 80-90 degrees C and ultrasonic oscillation for 50-60 minutes.
