NOVELTY - Preparation of two-dimensional material using chemical assisted mechanical stripping, involves mixing the layered material with strong acid to obtain mixture (A), mechanically peeling the mixture (A) and adding processing liquid to mix uniformly, performing separation treatment, repeatedly cleaning and drying. USE - Preparation of two-dimensional material such as graphene, boron nitride, mica, clay nanosheet, transition metal compound and black phosphorus. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, easy operation, strong controllability, and has positive significance for mass production. The method can enhance the peeling efficiency of the two-dimensional material by processing the strong acid, and can prepare the two-dimensional material obtain large size, thin thickness and excellent quality. In addition, the layered dimensional material after strong acid function in the application is mechanically peeled off, it has more uniform advantages, it not only can reduce the impact force of the mechanical force, so as to reduce the defect of the product, it also helps to improve peeling effect and product quality.
