NOVELTY - A copper carbon slide plate is manufactured by carbon blank hot extruding; using dipping tank and introducing graphene dispersion liquid; adding inert gas in dipping tank to pressurize dipping, maintaining pressure to 0.3-0.45 MPa, taking out sample, drying to obtain carbon rough copper product; and dipping copper and obtaining leaching copper plate. USE - Method for manufacturing of copper carbon slide plate for high-speed rail vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The method improves strength of plate to 91-106 MPa. It reduces resistance of plate to 1.8-2.9.
