▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material involves adding graphite powder, sodium nitrate and potassium permanganate to concentrated sulfuric acid at -15-0degrees Celsius, stirring for 15 minutes, heating to 30-35degrees Celsius and stirring for 30 minutes, heating to 90-95degrees Celsius and stirring for 30 minutes, adding deionized water, reacting for 3 hours, adding 5% hydrogen peroxide solution and reacting for 1 hour, stopping heating and returning to room temperature, ultrasonically stripping for 1 hour, centrifugal washing with 5% hydrochloric acid, absolute ethanol and water and vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide, taking graphene oxide, grinding into fine powder, placing in water for 30 minutes, adding ammonium persulfate, sonicating for 30 minutes, adding concentrated hydrochloric acid, stirring, pouring resulting mixture into carbon tetrachloride solution of aniline, stirring overnight, filtering, washing precipitate with absolute ethanol and water, and drying in vacuum. USE - Preparation of graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material used as adsorbent for absorbing heavy metal ion e.g. hexavalent chromium ion in wastewater (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material has removal rate of hexavalent chromium ions of more than 90%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for method for removing hexavalent chromium ion in wastewater, which involves: a. adjusting pH of the wastewater to 2, adding graphene oxide/polyaniline composite material to make the concentration reach 300 mg/L and reacting for 600-800 minutes in a water bath constant temperature shaking box at 25degrees Celsius and rotating speed of 180 rpm.
