▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ultra-hydrophilic-underwater ultra-oleophobic graphene hydrogel/stainless steel mesh composite oil-water separation membrane, comprises (i) immersing the stainless steel mesh successively in detergent water, absolute ethanol and deionized water for ultrasonic cleaning, placing into 60°C oven for drying after cleaning, (ii) uniformly stirring the aminated graphene, aminated lignosulfonate, hyperbranched polyamide and crosslinking agent in deionized water to obtain the gel prepolymerization solution, and (iii) soaking the stainless steel mesh into the gel prepolymerization solution, placing in an oven for in-situ polymerization at 70°C, and taking out the stainless steel mesh, and rinsing with distilled water and freeze-drying to composite stainless gel net film, the temperature of in-situ polymerization is 70-80 ℃, the time is 5-10 minutes, and the number of times of distilled water flushing is ≮ 5 times, and freeze drying time is 12-18 hours. USE - The method is useful for preparing ultra-hydrophilic-underwater ultra-oleophobic graphene hydrogel/stainless steel mesh composite oil-water separation membrane. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the defect of the existing separation film, realizes hydrophilic oil discharging effect, imparting a stainless steel net film super-hydrophilic and underwater ultra-oleophobic, achieves excellent anti-pollution performance, and realizes long-term cycle stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for graphene-hydrophilic-underwater ultra- hydrophobic oil-water separating film prepared according to above mentioned method.
