NOVELTY - An electronic device comprises porous graphene layer(s) (15) having pores. The porous graphene layer comprises graphene nanoribbon(s) having a width of 0.1-20 nm and electrically connects two graphene electrodes (17, 18). USE - Electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer has high charge carrier mobility, high current density, high thermal conductivity, and controllable electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method including etching a graphene layer; inhibiting etching using a nanowire mask comprising silicon or silicon oxide, and removing the nanowire mask after etching.
