NOVELTY - Eco-friendly fireproof coating composition comprises silicon dioxide (SiO2), refractory materials comprising titanium dioxide (TiO2), silicon carbide (SiC), and/or boron nitride (BN). USE - The eco-friendly fireproof coating composition is useful for battery module of object i.e., battery case, a battery pack, or a pad (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition suppress ignition, prevents fire, secures safety of occupants while reducing the risk due to battery fire, reduces harmfulness to human body by using environmentally friendly inorganic materials as main raw material, has excellent heat resistance., oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, etc, improves thermal conductivity and thermal emissivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: eco-friendly fireproof coating method, comprising preparing eco-friendly fireproof coating composition, placing the fireproof coating composition into a mixing container and stirring it with a stirrer at a stirring speed of 300-1,000 rotations/minute for more than 60 minutes to prepare a coating solution, removing foreign substances on the surface of the object to be coated for spray application of the coating solution, forming a one-degree coating film by spraying a coating liquid on the surface of the object to be coated with a coating film thickness in the range of 15-25 μ m and drying for 10-30 minutes at 180-200° C by hot air drying, forming 1-degree coating film, applying coating liquid by secondary spraying to the upper surface of the 1-degree coating film so that the coating film thickness is in the range of 15-25 μ m, forming second coating film by drying for 10-30 minutes at 180-200° C with hot air drying; and battery module coated with eco-friendly fireproof coating composition, comprising object to which eco-friendly fireproof coating composition is coated.
