NOVELTY - A thin film solar cell comprises 20-40 %mass graphene nanopowder, 5-10 %mass fluorine-modified epoxy resin, 6-12 %mass polyester resin, 3-6 %mass antioxidant, 2-4 %mass nano-aluminum powder, 4-8 %mass photocuring agent, 3-6 %mass flame retardant, and 7-14 %mass solvent. USE - Thin film solar cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thin film solar cell has excellent overall efficiency, carrier transportability, light absorption efficiency and power generation efficiency.
