▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Thick film resistance slurry comprises 20-50 wt.% glass powder, 20-30 wt.% aqueous acrylic resin, 20-50 wt.% molybdenum disilicide and 0.1-1 wt.% graphene. USE - Thick film resistance slurry for alumina ceramic base heating sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The thick film resistance slurry is economical and environmentally-friendly, and improves the product quality. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following: (1) a method for preparing thick film resistor slurry, which involves adding water-based acrylic resin in a stainless steel container, then adding graphene, glass powder and molybdenum disilicide, stirring at 1200 rpm for 30 minutes, after the material becomes a paste, grind on a ceramic three-roller to a fineness below 5 mu m to obtain thick film resistor paste, where each component in the thick film resistor paste includes 20-50 wt.% glass powder, 20-30 wt.% water-based acrylic resin, 20-50 wt.% molybdenum disilicide, and 0.1-1 wt.% graphene; and (2) a method for preparing alumina ceramic base heating sheet, which involves silk-printing the thick film resistor paste on an alumina ceramic sheet, standing and leveling for 5-10 minutes, putting it in an oven at 125 degrees C for 15 minutes, and then put it in a high-temperature furnace at 800 degrees C for 10 minutes to sinter to obtain a finished heating resistor, where silver paste electrode and the encapsulating medium paste are printed and sintered again, after sintering, an alumina ceramic-based heating sheet.
