NOVELTY - Preparing high-strength and high-toughness graphene oxide composite film comprises preparing 5-20 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion; preparing 0.1-2 wt.% ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene oxide polymer solution; mixing graphene oxide dispersion liquid and polyethylene oxide solution according to a mass ratio of 1:10-10:1 to obtain composite solution; vacuum-extracting; placing on the substrate, maintaining a gap of 1-5 mm between the scraper and the substrate, and uniformly coating composite solution with the scraper, and drying; placing substrate in a reducing atmosphere together with the unstriped graphene oxide composite film to obtain graphene composite film; cleaning the graphene composite film; and peeling off substrate. USE - Preparation method of high-strength and high-toughness graphene composite film used in sensor, energy conversion and storage and photoelectric device. ADVANTAGE - The method provides high-strength and high-toughness graphene composite film with improved breaking strength and fracture toughness.
