NOVELTY - The method involves performing non-planar light wave irradiation process by a polarizing beam splitter and a graphene thin layer. Non-optical gradient force is generated according to a vector. The graphene thin layer is covered on a non-optical force gradient unit according to direction and size. The graphene thin layer is regulated according to incidence light. The graphene thin layer is made of aluminum, silver and gold materials. A semiconductor is made of silicon material. The graphene thin layer is coated by a carbon atom layer. USE - Line polarizing beam splitter planar light wave generating non-optical gradient force particle coated graphene thin layer forming method. ADVANTAGE - The method enables improving electric conductivity.
