NOVELTY - Preparing polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) complex electro-conductive hydrogel comprises e.g. dispersing graphene oxide, 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide, triethylamine in organic solvent, reacting, obtaining graphene oxide containing initiation group, water containing initiation group dispersing with graphene oxide, adding catalyst under protective atmosphere, inhibitor, bipyridine and pstyrenesulfonate to react, obtaining graphene oxide grafted polystyrene sulfonic acid, using water to disperse graphene oxide grafted polystyrene sulfonic acid. USE - The method is useful for preparing polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) complex electro-conductive hydrogel (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hydrogel has good mechanical strength, lower electrical stimulation, can realize controlled release of medicine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene/poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) complex electro-conductive hydrogel comprises (i) dispersing graphene oxide, 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide, triethylamine in the organic solvent, after the reaction is finished, obtaining graphene oxide containing initiation group, (ii) water containing initiation group dispersing with graphene oxide, adding catalyst under protective atmosphere, flame retardant, bipyridine and p-styrenesulfonate to react, obtaining graphene oxide grafted polystyrene sulfonic acid, (iii) using water to disperse graphene oxide grafted polystyrene sulfonic acid, adding reducing agent to react to obtain polystyrene sulfonic acid grafted graphene, and (iv) adding the polystyrene sulfonic acid grafting graphene dispersion containing 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene, medicinal aqueous solution, adding oxidant to react, finally obtaining electro-conductive hydrogel.
