NOVELTY - Preparing graphene enriched homogeneous dispersion enhanced alumina composite material comprises e.g. placing concentrated sulfuric acid in beaker, magnetic stirring before adding graphite and adding potassium nitrate, adding potassium permanganate, mixing titanium dioxide and copper oxide by ball milling, placing distilled water in beaker, adding aluminum isopropoxide and hydrolyzing, adding AlOOH sol into titanium dioxide-copper oxide sintering aid, dispersing oxidized graphene hydrosol in AlOOH sol graphene oxide- alpha -aluminum oxide, molding, drying, calcining and hot pressing, sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene enriched homogeneous dispersion enhanced alumina composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite material has excellent toughening effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene enriched homogeneous dispersion enhanced alumina composite material comprises (i) placing 400 ml concentrated sulfuric acid in 1000 ml beaker under 0 degrees C ice bath, magnetic stirring before adding 5 g graphite and then adding 5 g potassium nitrate, and adding 40 g potassium permanganate under 40 minutes of magnetic stirring, insulating in oil bath at 38 degrees C for 4.5 hours under 0 degrees C ice bath, adding 400 ml deionized water, insulating at 80 degrees C for 30 minutes, adding 40 ml hydrogen peroxide at a mass fraction of 30%, then adding 100-200 ml deionized water to obtain mixture, (ii) allowing mixture to precipitate, draining supernatant, adding distilled water volume to 1000 ml, stirring glass rod with 50 ml mass fraction of 36% hydrochloric acid, performing static precipitation of supernatant, adding distilled water volume to 1000 ml, stirring glass rod with 50 ml mass fraction of 36% hydrochloric acid, performing static precipitation, pouring precipitate into dialysis bag and placing in a container containing distilled water for 1 month, where changing water in the container once a day, dialyzing to pH value of 6.5, performing ultrasonic treatment for 2 hours to obtain nano-sized oxide graphene hydrosol, (iii) mixing titanium dioxide and copper oxide by ball milling in a weight ratio of 4:1, where ball ratio is 15:1, speed is 250 revolution/minutes, milling for 20 hours to obtain titanium dioxide-copper oxide sintering aids, (iv) placing distilled water in 400 ml beaker, heating at 90 degrees C, adding 30 g aluminum isopropoxide and hydrolyzing at 90 degrees C for 4 hours, adding 2 ml nitric acid with a mass fraction of 65%, insulating at 90 degrees C for 10 hours to obtain AlOOH sol, (v) adding AlOOH sol into titanium dioxide-copper oxide sintering aid at certain weight percentage, then dispersing oxidized graphene hydrosol in AlOOH sol at weight ratio of 0.2:0-0.6 wt.% graphene oxide- alpha -aluminum oxide, heating to moisture, evaporating to obtain gel, molding, drying, calcining and hot pressing, sintering.
