NOVELTY - Lead-calcium alloy comprises 0.09-0.096 wt.% calcium, 0.01-0.05 wt.% aluminum, 1.5-2 wt.% tin, 0.08-0.12 wt.% bismuth, 0.1-0.4 wt.% rare earth, 0.08-0.2 wt.% modified graphene, and remaining amount of lead. USE - The lead-calcium alloy useful for positive plate grid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The alloy: has good anti-corrosion ability and tensile strength; improves the service life of the storage battery; improves the anti-corrosion effect by controlling the content of calcium in the lead-calcium alloy at 0.09-0.096%, and calcium content at 0.094%, preferably more than 0.096%; increases length and width direction growth speed; increases corrosion speed of the alloy; reduces the service life of the battery; ensures the alloy internal crystal structure becomes thick when the content of the calcium is less than 0.09%; increases inter-crystal corrosion speed; ensures quickly positive plate gate; and increases the service life of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing lead-calcium alloy comprising adding part of lead into a melting furnace, raising the temperature to 650-720 degrees C to melt the lead, adding calcium, stirring to form calcium melting, adding residual lead, then adding bismuth, aluminum, rare earth, and tin, stirring to melt, cooling to 400-450 degrees C, adding modified graphene, melting, stirring uniformly.
