NOVELTY - Graphene epoxy composite anticorrosive coating comprises component one and component two, where component one comprises 50-79 wt.% epoxy resin, 0.1-5 wt.% graphene, 0.1-5 wt.% polyaniline nano fiber, 0.5-5 wt.% paint auxiliary agent and 20-30 wt.% solvent. Component two comprises 75-100 wt.% epoxy resin curing agent and 0-25 wt.% solvent. The mass ratio of component one and component two is 100:10 to 100:80. USE - Graphene epoxy composite anticorrosive coating used for oil gas pipeline, chemical equipment, bridges, ships and offshore platforms. ADVANTAGE - The graphene epoxy composite anticorrosive coating is simple to prepare and cost-effective, and has excellent anti-corrosion andwear-resistant performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene epoxy composite anticorrosive coating, which involves: (A) dispersing graphene and polyaniline nanometre fiber in the solvent; (B) preparing the graphene dispersion liquid; (C) mixing the graphene dispersion with the epoxy resin, auxiliary agent and solvent; (D) forming component one and supplying epoxy resin curing agent as a component; and (E) adding epoxy resin curing agent to solvent to dilute to form the second component.
