▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene-aluminum composite conductive coating comprises 30-60 pts. wt. resin, 5-10 pts. wt. modified graphene composite aluminum powder, 20-40 pts. wt. organic solvent, 1.5-3 pts. wt. catalyst and 10-20 pts. wt. crosslinking agent. The modified graphene composite aluminum powder comprises 1 wt.% modified graphene and 99 wt.% pure aluminum. The modified graphene is hydroxy-rich graphene oxide. The resin comprises polyurethane, epoxy resin, and/or silicone resin. The cross-linking agent comprises dicumyl peroxide, benzoyl peroxide, dimzethyl dithiobispropionimidate, dibutoxyphosphine oxide and/or diethylenetriamine. The organic solvent is toluene, dimethylformamide, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone, and 1,2-dichloroethane. USE - The coating is useful in electronics, electrical appliances, aviation, chemical industry, printing and other military and civilian industries. ADVANTAGE - The coating has good conductivity and low density, is good for improving the performance of the material, does not form more aluminum carbide to cause material performance lower sliding, has excellent mechanical material and conductive heat dissipation performance, improves the mechanical strength of the whole, improves the whole material performance, obtains a good conductive performance, has strong radiating ability, and high mechanical strength.
