NOVELTY - Nano graphene oxide protein complex, is new, where the complex is a composite structure of absorbing the protein on a surface of the nano graphene oxide, and the nano graphene oxide contains a carboxylic acid functional group and a polyethylene glycol group, and the protein contains a fluorescein molecule. USE - The nano graphene oxide protein complex is useful for regulating and controlling cell physiological function/activity in an in-vitro physiological environment, preventing the digestion hydrolysis of the protease on the protein, and releasing the protein on the surface of the nano graphene oxide to the cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano graphene oxide protein: provides improved effect of regulating and controlling the cell physiological activity and effective guarantee for the medicinal application; and can be prepared in a convenient and an economical manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparaing the nano graphene oxide protein complex, where the nano graphene oxide protein complex is combined by physical adsorption, comprising carrying out fluorescence labeling for the protein by fluorescein, oxidizing and stripping natural graphite to prepare graphene oxide, after the sodium chloroacetate is subjected to carboxyl Ted decoration, decorating poly ethylene glycol (PEG) after being subjected to terminal lamination, and preparing the PEG decorated nana grapheme oxide, and combining the protein decorated with fluoresce in on the surface of the PEG decorated nana grapheme oxide by the physisorption.
