NOVELTY - Nano graphene oxide protein complex, is new, where the complex is a composite structure of absorbing the protein on a surface of the nano graphene oxide, and the nano graphene oxide contains a carboxylic acid functional group and a polyethylene glycol group, and the protein contains a fluorescein molecule. USE - The nano graphene oxide protein complex is useful for regulating and controlling cell physiological function/activity in an in-vitro physiological environment, preventing the digestion hydrolysis of the protease on the protein, and releasing the protein on the surface of the nano graphene oxide to the cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano graphene oxide protein: provides improved effect of regulating and controlling the cell physiological activity and effective guarantee for the medicinal application; and can be prepared in a convenient and an economical manner.
