The conductive heating ink consists of 4-15 wt.% water-based acrylic resin, 4-12 wt.% graphene powder, 5-15 wt.% dispersant, 0.5-1 wt.% defoamer, 35-50 wt.% deionized water, and 5-10 wt.% slow drying agent. The supporting portion and the heating portion is folded and unfolded, and the distance between the graphene heating film and the handlebar when the supporting portion and the heating portion are unfolded is 10-20 cm.
