▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Enriching exosomes involves doping enrichment material polyethersulfone (PES) solution with graphene oxide (GO), which is added dropwise to the aqueous solution, where graphene oxide with a porous layer on the surface and an adsorbent core is obtained by reverse rotation technology. The porous layer of the prepared material has a pore size of 5-100 nm, and a porosity of 20-90%. The core is graphene oxide with strong protein adsorption capacity. USE - Method for enriching exosomes in a biological sample solution including human or animal plasma, human or animal urine, and human or animal cell culture fluids (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enriches the exosomes in a biological sample solution in a simple, cost-effective and eco-friendly manner with effective interception of exosomes and removal of interfering substances such as proteins through internal adsorption materials.
