ADVANTAGE - The board is lightweight, has fine pore structure due to the use of foaming agent, structural strength due to the use of polypropylene staple fiber having excellent bonding effect, and excellent moisture resistance and corrosion resistance due to the use of stone powder and thermoplastic resin. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for formation of bathroom cabinet board, which involves mixing stone powder, thermoplastic resin, polypropylene staple fiber and graphene in a high-speed mixer, adding to an extruder along with the additive and foaming agent, melting and mixing, extrusion-molding at 3-5 MPa for 20-30 minutes, and cooling.
