NOVELTY - Graphene modified silica ceramic resin coating comprises 60-80 pts. wt. silica ceramic resin base material, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. fluorine-containing graphene, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-titanium dioxide, 5-8 pts. wt. mica powder, 0.1-0.4 pts. wt. organosilicone de-foaming agent and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. polyether modified organosilicone leveling agent, where the silica ceramic resin base material is prepared raw material by hydrolyzing and condensing of ethyl orthosilicate and 3-glycidyl etheroxytrimethoxysilane, and the fluorine-containing graphene is prepared by covalently connecting the graphene with 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorooctyl acrylate. USE - The graphene modified silica is useful for marine ship anti-corrosion coating field. ADVANTAGE - The method has high hardness, strong impact resistance and excellent corrosion resistanceand, and has super-hydrophobic performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene modified silica ceramic resin coating comprising (a) placing the silica ceramic resin base material and fluorine-containing graphene in the stirrer, stirring and mixing at a speed of 500-1000 revolutions/minute for 2-4 hours under the environment temperature of 20-40℃ for to obtain the premix 1, (b) placing nano-titanium dioxide, mica powder, organosilicone antifoaming agent, polyether modified organosilicone leveling agent in the ball mill, grinding and dispersing to reach the granularity meeting the specification to obtain the premix 2, and (c) pouring the premix 1 and premix 2 into the stirrer, setting the rotating speed at 100-500 revolutions/minute, stirring and mixing for 1-4 hours, allowing to stand and defoaming to obtain the graphene modified silica ceramic resin coating.
