▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Production of liquid crystal composite elastic fiber involves dispersing or chemically reacting a graphene-based material in a polymer solution comprising a polymer containing a polar group and intercalating the polymer into the graphene-based material to obtain a graphene-based composition, and spinning the graphene-based composition. USE - Production of liquid crystal composite elastic fiber used for graphene-based liquid crystal dispersion liquid (all claimed) for electric conductors or sensor applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables production of liquid crystal composite elastic fiber with improved orientation in the fiber axis direction, elastic modulus, thermal conductivity and electroconductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) liquid crystal composite elastic fiber, which comprises polymer which is inserted between layers of graphene-based material and is hydrogen bonded or covalently bonded to the graphene-based material; and (2) graphene-based liquid crystal dispersion liquid, which comprises polymer which is hydrogen bonded or covalently bonded and intercalated to the graphene-based material. The dispersion liquid has a ratio of viscosity obtained by mixing and dispersing the graphene-based material and the polymer solution with respect to viscosity obtained by mixing and dispersing only the graphene-based material and a solvent of more than 0.05 to less than 0.7.
