NOVELTY - Nano graphene aqueous acrylic acid industrial coating comprises 0-50 pts. wt. acrylic resin emulsion, 5-20 pts. wt. diphenylmethane diisocyanate-graphene-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer, 0.1-1 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, 0.05-1 pts. wt. anti-foaming agent, 0.03-0.05 pts. wt. wetting agent, 1-4 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. catalyst, 0.2-0.8 pts. wt. flatting agent, 1-4 pts. wt. thickening agent, 5-10 pts. wt. cosolvent and 5-15 pts. wt. water, where the diphenylmethane diisocyanate-graphene-hydroxyethyl acrylate copolymer is prepared by reacting diphenylmethane diisocyanate, graphene oxide and hydroxyethyl acrylate. USE - Used as nano graphene aqueous acrylic acid industrial coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent anti-corrosion performance, short construction period and film-forming property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the nano graphene aqueous acrylic acid industrial coating comprising (i) adding the diphenylmethane diisocyanate- graphene-hydroxy ethyl acrylate copolymer, anti-settling agent, anti-foaming agent, wetting agent, catalyst, leveling agent, thickening agent, cosolvent and water into the acrylic resin emulsion and stirring and mixing uniformly to obtain a component A, and (ii) adding the crosslinking agent into the component A and uniformly stirring to obtain the final product.
