DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of carbon nanotube array/graphene paper thermal conductive composite material comprising immersing graphene oxide paper in tetraethoxysilane solvent for 12-24 hours and blast drying; dissolving ferrocene in xylene solution to get catalyst precursor solution, placing graphene oxide paper in vacuum tube furnace, filling with argon protective gas, reacting to 700-800 degrees C and adding catalyst precursor solution; cutting into 2-10 layers wafer, dissolving mesophase pitch in xylene to get impregnation solution, immersing wafer in impregnation solution for 24-48 hours, vacuum drying for 24-36 hours, molding, hot pressing in argon gas atmosphere at 1000-1500 degrees C for 0.5-5 hours.
