NOVELTY - Heterogeneous catalyst includes main catalyst, co-catalyst and active coordination carrier. The main catalyst includes 0.1-5 pts. wt. of rhodium, 0-2 pts. wt. of ruthenium, 0-5 pts. wt. of cobalt, and 0-2 pts. wt. of iridium. The co-catalyst includes 0.1-1 pts. wt. of zinc, 0-0.8 pts. wt. of cesium, and the rest are active coordination carriers. The active coordination carrier is prepared by modifying any one of activated carbon, silica, graphene, carbon nanotubes, and alumina through hydroxyl modification. USE - Heterogeneous catalyst for the ligand-free hydroformylation of acetaldehyde and synthesis gas to prepare lactaldehyde (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The heterogeneous catalyst provides mild conditions, the production cost is low, the catalyst loss rate is low, the rate of catalyst loss is low, the rate of conversion of the catalyst is low, the conversion rate of raw materials is high, and the product selectivity is high. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the heterogeneous catalyst, which involves: (A) preparing the main catalyst solution by taking the main catalyst's sulfate or chloride salt according to the main catalyst's components in the heterogeneous catalyst, and preparing a sulfate solution or chloride salt with a total mass concentration of 5-10 wt.% solution to obtain the main catalyst solution; (B) taking the sulfate or chloride of the co-catalyst and configure it into a sulfate or chloride solution with a total mass concentration of 2-5 wt.% to obtain the co-catalyst solution; and (C) mixing the main catalyst solution and the co-catalyst solution, adding the active coordination carrier, immerse for 24-48 hours, filtering, washing with deionized water, then drying, grinding, sieving, and granulating.
