▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - High flexibility textiles based on nano-graphene sheet modified thermoplastic elastomer film comprises textile substrate and nano-graphene sheet-modified thermoplastic elastomer film. The nano graphene sheet modified thermoplastic elastomer film includes nano graphene sheet and polylactic acid thermoplastic elastomer. The nano graphene sheet-modified thermoplastic elastomer film is adhered to surface of pretreated textile substrate and subjected to ethanol post-treatment by spraying process. The pretreated textile substrate is radiation-treated textile substrate. USE - Used as high flexibility textiles based on nano-graphene sheet modified thermoplastic elastomer film. ADVANTAGE - The film: The nano-graphene sheet modified thermoplastic elastomer film has thickness of 1-3 mu m. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high flexibility textiles based on nano-graphene sheet modified thermoplastic elastomer film, comprising (i) adding hydroxylated modified nano graphene sheet into a organic solvent, under the catalysis of 4-dimethylaminopyridine and triethylamine, adding 2-bromoisobutyryl bromide in a dropwise, and reacting in a low-temperature environment to obtain initiator modified nano graphene sheets, (ii) cleaning the surface of the textile, and drying, and subjecting electron beam irradiation to obtain pretreated textiles, (iii) taking polylactic acid thermoplastic elastomer and the initiator-modified nano graphene sheet obtained in the step (i), dispersing in an organic solvent, under the catalysis of aluminum isopropoxide, heating and stirring, spraying the pretreated textile surface obtained in the step (ii), pre-drying, and placing in a ethanol for subjecting steam treatment to obtain highly flexible textile based on a nanographene sheet-modified thermoplastic elastomer film.
