▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite nano filler composition comprises graphene oxide, p-phenylenediamine, and acidified multi-walled carbon nanotube in a mass ratio of 1:7-10:2-3. USE - The graphene conductive anticorrosive coating is useful for grounding grids (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene coating has improved conductivity and corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance properties, improved hardness and durability, and prolonged coating life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) the preparation of composite nano filler comprising adding multi-walled carbon nanotube to a mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid, heating to reflux to obtain acidified multi-walled carbon nanotube, mixing graphene oxide and p-phenylenediamine in a mass ratio of 1:7-10, adding ammonia water, heating to reflux to obtain reduced graphene oxide grafted with p-phenylenediamine, mixing reduced graphene oxide grafted with p-phenylenediamine and acidified multi-walled carbon nanotube, heating to reflux, and vacuum drying to obtain graphene oxide-p-phenylenediamine-carbon nanotube composite; and (2) a graphene conductive anticorrosive coating, prepared by mixing and uniformly stirring 40-60 wt.% epoxy resin, 0.1-1 wt.% dispersant, 5-15 wt.% solvent, 10-30 wt.% filler, 1-5 wt.% coupling agent, 15-25 wt.% curing agent, and 0.1-2 wt.% composite nano-filler.
