The ratio of the mass of graphene and the total mass of nylon 6 is 0.1-1:100. USE - Nylon 6/polypropylene/graphene nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The product has high toughness and strength, excellent UV aging resistance, flame retardancy, heat resistance and waterproof performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of nylon 6/polypropylene/graphene nanocomposite material comprising mixing graphene/nylon 6 nanocomposite, polypropylene and compatibilizer maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene at weight ratio of 55-80:15-35:5-10, premixing in a mixer to obtain homogeneous premix, extruding in a twin-screw extruder at 230-250 degrees C with speed of 100-150 revolutions/minute, melt blending, cooling and granulating.
