NOVELTY - Treatment process of high chromium alloy casting ball comprises weighing 2-3.3 wt.% carbon, 0.3-1.2 wt.% silicon, 1.3-2.6 wt.% manganese, 10-13 wt.% chromium, 0.3-1 wt.% molybdenum, 0.25-0.5 wt.% copper, 0.1 wt.% sulfur, 0.1 wt.% phosphorus and 0.1-0.3 wt.% cerium, heating alloy water at 1400-1500 degrees C, adding graphene and cerium in deoxidized alloy water, smelting for 10-20 minutes, deoxidizing, casting at 1100-1200 degrees C, annealing, cooling, polishing castings, heating at 1000-1200 degrees C for 10-15 minutes, heating casting at 780-830 degrees C, quenching for 7-8 hours, cooling and tempering at 260-280 degrees C. USE - The method is for treatment process of high chromium alloy casting ball. ADVANTAGE - The casting ball has high hardness, strong impact toughness and 20 J/cm2 impact value.
