▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing modified reduced graphene oxide/nano alumina composite material modified polyimide wear-resistant film comprises (i) preparing graphene oxide; (ii) preparing nano mesoporous gamma-alumina materials; (iii) modifying the graphene oxide in step (i) with a silane coupling agent, and reacting under high temperature conditions to obtain reduced graphene oxide; (iv) reacting the reduced graphene oxide obtained in step (iii) with nano alumina particles produced in step (ii) under high temperature conditions to prepare a modified reduced graphene oxide/nano alumina composite material; and (v) adding reduced graphene oxide/nano-alumina composite material to polyimide (PI) to successfully prepare a wear-resistant film. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified reduced graphene oxide/nano alumina composite material modified polyimide wear-resistant film. ADVANTAGE - The method: adds compound to polyimide to obtain a wear-resistant film coating, and achieves good friction performance than traditional wear-resistant coatings.
