NOVELTY - Flame retardant smoke suppression polylactic acid composite material comprises 11-23 pts. wt. bamboo fiber, 1-8 pts. wt. coconut fiber, 2-11 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose, 1-5 pts. wt. nano-magnesium oxide, 1-7 pts. wt. sodium sulfate, 3-12 pts. wt. carbon nanotubes, 2-11 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 2-8 pts. wt. graphene oxide, and 22-45 pts. wt polylactic acid. USE - Flame retardant smoke suppression polylactic acid composite material. ADVANTAGE - The flame retardant smoke suppression polylactic acid composite material has good mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing flame retardant smoke suppression polylactic acid composite material, which involves: (A) treating bamboo fiber and coconut shell fiber with sodium carbonate aqueous solution with mass fraction of 15-30% and reacting for 2-4.5 hours; (B) placing fiber in an oven to drying, crushing fiber, placing in a vacuum drying oven for 1-3 hours to obtain fiber powder, where degree of vacuum is -0.3-0.1 Pascal, and temperature is 72-88 degrees C; (C) treating fiber powder with sodium hydroxide solution of 25-42% at 35-55 degrees C for 1.5-4 hours, rinsing fiber with deionized water to be neutralizing, and air-drying; (D) mixing fiber powder and the L-lactide monomer in mass ratio of 7:11:4-7 under anhydrous and vacuum state, using toluene as solvent, reacting for 1-3 hours at 45-55 degrees C, filling with nitrogen, warming at 130 degrees C, dropping catalyst stannous octoate, magnetic stirring for 20-50 minutes, and cooling at room temperature; and (E) mixing fiber powder treated with hydroxymethylcellulose, nanometer magnesia, sodium sulfate, carbon nanotubes, silica, graphene oxide and polylactic acid, drying under vacuum, opening mill double-roll temperature at 180-190 degrees C, melting, and transferring to the flat-panel vulcanizing machine hot-pressing molding to obtain final p(roduct.
